Tweek's back home, and getting some comfort from our old Tom cat, who mothers her. She seems like she feels good, now the challenge will be to keep her quiet. They gave me a painkiller/sedative and a syringe I'm supposed to give her every 8 hours: Buprenex.. I extract it from the bottle with the needle and then take the needle off and squirt it in her mouth with the syringe. That's a new one for me.

Will that keep her quiet, is that the point or does she hurt? Did Pippin act like he was glad to have her back?

It is very very cold here today, the wind is terrible. Suppose to be like that till Mon.

I'm going to a great nieces first birthday parthy this afternoon. I have Blake and JP. This will be fun.

That picture makes my heart melt. I can't believe what a lovely cat she is turning into from that little ball of fuzz. (Despite that rather undignified position she's in in the picture) ;-) Her markings fit her just right.

All right I've gotta stop freepin, get off my butt, eat lunch, get things together and head off to the barn. Hopefully I won't freeze.
