I should take better care of mine even though I'll eventually replace it. I keep the underneath part really clean and monitor the things that can break and wipe off mud and dust but it's kind of dirty.
I used to take mine to work with me and when things were slow I could clean and saddle soap it. Then I changed places where I work and the saddle went to a closet for a few years. Argh!
