Now the kitten's in time out nin his crate. He's drunk from his surgery and totally wired and hallucinating. It was funny for awhile, him running and flopping around, but I'm afraid we've run out of patience with most of our animals tonight. They're pissin' us off ;~D

LOL, animals will definitly do that:)

I watched another Clintion Anderson episode last night. He talked at lenght about how consistency is so important. That it is better to work your horse 10 minutes a day 3 days in a row then it is to work them 2 hours a session twice a week. So, I'd tie her up again today and tomorrow:)

He was actually working a horse on spooky things, plastic bags, tarps on the ground, the signs hanging around the arena, etc. But the being consistent, even with older well broke horses was repeated alot.

It was interesting, he said his horses have been suffering lately due to lack of being worked, before he started traveling he worked his 6 days a week. He says, I think it was within the next 2 years, he is going to stop traveling, as he will have enough money to go back to working his own horses 6 days a week. I think that's cool that his goals are not to do this stuff the rest of his life. Of course time will tell:). He says now, that he schedules himself to ride his horses 3 days in a row rather then every other day. They learn and retain things better.

I've always thought that when my horses have had a lot of time off they work perfect the SECOND day:). It's just getting thru that first one:)
