When I saw that picture at first I thought "That is the most gawdawful box of chocolates I have ever seen!"
And then it hit me. They're your seedlings. D'oh!

Ok, now I see the pictures. They are just starting to come up. I think you would be ok to keep them covered for awhile longer, until a few more sprout. Those little peat pots are nice. You won't be disturbing the little boogers when time to replant.
