What else could it be? I've been reading and I can't find any other diseases that bust your throat open. Is there something else?
I went and looked. Pbviously, there aren't any restrictions and it's out in the middle of nowhere. An open 3 horse stall has been built and a 3 or 4 plank wood fence up which wouldn't hold my horses 5 minutes. I'm looking at 2 more pieces this week . This one already has water and lights which is good. We "may" buy it. It's probably about 5 more minutes out of my way.
