How sad:(. Funny that anyone would think a "building" is prettier then trees. I'd much rather photograph trees.

It's sad because they destroyed one of the more scenic views of the capital, instead of improving it. Now if you take the picture, it's a building on top of a hill that has a lot of equipment, mud slides and fencing on it.
It'll be years now before it doesn't look like a scab.
