I bought the smallest size easyboot they had but it was still too big. Donkeys have funny shaped feet.

Don't they though! Mules too. All the ones I've seen have been really compact with lots of heel. It's almost like they grow straight up.

They basically have a club foot don't they? It kindof cracks me up the way we assess conformation and faults in horses... club-foot, straight upright hocks, narrow steep shoulders, and yet donkeys and mules stay remarkably sound in work.

I feel for you in treating your old guy. - Glad you got a halter on the kid. Heh.... It'd have sure been easier when she weighed 80 pounds. When you work with her, have someone take pictures of the rodeo!
