I came across this service and thought of what a terrific idea it is!

It's based in the Tampa area, which is where I may be moving next year. It's a wonder it hasn't become a nationwide thing yet.

Did you hear the trainer tell me that she didn't care if I lost any weight but I needed to work on my posture and fitness? I have been trying to stand straight and not slouch and it hurts. My neck, shoulders and stomach are sore:'(

I'm thinking the butt might have been less painful:). Tougher skin,
Don't count on it. :-) My horse had been stalled for a couple of days because it had been pouring buckets. He had a loose front shoe so was in there with him, bent over and looking at it. Being cranky, he whipped around and bit me nice and solid right on the cheek. I don't think that I've ever screamed so loud. I couldn't sit down for a couple of days, but it's the only time that he ever bit me.

Good morning everyone - crisp sunny day here. Trying to decide whether to do some yard work or read a good book. I'm leaning towards the good book :)

Read the good book. It rained for 10 days straight here! Dealt with a flooded basement last night, and the river closed the main road in my town. Today was sunny and very windy in the morning, now it's windy and overcast. It's a good movie/book/nap day.

Oh my - I'm sorry. I've been reading about all the flooding and looking at the pictures the news agencies have online. It is horrible.

I can't believe all the flooding that they've had in New Hampshire. It hasn't been nearly that bad down here thank god. The river here reached 11 feet and its flood stage is seven. I think that we're going to see even more rain on Monday and Tuesday. Tuffy, want to come up here and take some home with you?

Post 879 was meant for you. I sent it off to someone named tuffy, and they probably think that I'm a loon.
