Heh... yeah - she may be a little bruised in that shoulder, but she'll recover, except when the pony makes fun of her. That pony can dance circles around her on a bad day... this didn't help ;~D
I know I really should start a new thread... Think after I've had some coffee I'll do that :~D
I can hear her now...."Hey Bucket Feet! Watch this!"...followed by the sound of afterburners being ingited...
Ok, I'm off to somewhere:')
Cindy, tell Dad I said hello and y'all have a safe and fun trip.
Be careful and have fun!
Ok. I'm on my cell phone if you need me.
Thanks, I will. I cashed that 500 dollar check in case I see something I want. My husband told me to put it on black and let it roll. He's knows I won't though:')
Still chuckling :~D
LOL!! She's a BAAAAAAAAAD Pony! ;o)
Good video, Hair.
I'm waiting on a return call from the vet, Tuffy is worse. Much worse. I think we're at the end of the line.
(((((((((tuffy))))))))) - I'm so sorry.
Oh MAN! I sure hope not!
Prayers up!
I hope not Tuffy. I am praying for you and for Tuffydoodle. Check your freepmail!
Thanks, ya'll. I didn't talk to the vet that's been working on Tuffy, another vet called. She said that it could be one of 2 things, another flare-up of laminitis or an infection of the injection sites. Since so far I've already spent about $2000 on procedures that aren't even coming close to working and it's highly unlikely that it's an infection in both front feet (he's sore on both) I've pretty much decided that I'm fighting a losing battle and it's time to cut my losses.
It's amazing how quickly those vets get off the phone when speaking to an hysterical horse owner.
Oh Tuffy I'm so sorry. Sending a prayer your way.
Well, I hate to hear that. I know you've both been through a lot and you don't want to keep putting him through it when it's not helping. I'll keep you both in my prayers.
If Tuffy didn't look so miserable I'd probably keep trying. He just stands around, not moving, looking dejected. It's just awful seeing him like that. Even bute doesn't keep him pasture sound.
My heart goes out to you tuffy... I sure wish I had an easy answer. I'll pray for the right thing to happen, and I certainly hope that means he'll get better, but if not, you sure did all you could.
Oh Tuffy, that's a shame about your horse. One just hates to see them in pain and suffering. Too bad the treatments didn't give him some relief. So sorry.
Poor Cyn..lol
