He can blame it on bulky clothing if he wants... I'll never tell.
AW....nice to see the old guy acting frisky. They like to play too.
It really is :~D
I helped shovel out shavings into a wheel barrel awhile back. I was sneezing all over the place. I got some dust masks.
Well, I used to be able to use them about 20 years ago (shortly after watching, "Raiders of the Lost Ark," for the tenth time as a kid). I made one out of various ropes around the house. I got pretty good with it and was able to punch holes in apples. After I finished this, I was anxious to try it out. Being bigger than the average bullwhip, it took about an hour to remember how to make it pop. Once I got it, it cracked about as loud as a 9mm round.
My next one will be the same length and made out of better leather. The stuff I used for this was cheap and has no smooth side on it. Bullwhips are usually made from kangaroo leather. Before I spend that kind of cash, I want to hone my skills a bit more. When I get good enough, I plan to sell them on Ebay. The profit is really good considering I'll be spending about $50.00 on material to make a $500.00 bullwhip; that's a $450.00 net income.
That's about 28 dollars an hour. Not bad. Not bad at all:')
That's really interesting. I find it hard to believe that a few bales of alfalfa would be the cause of it tho. how much of it were you feeding him each day?

Weather is taking a turn now. A lot cooler and raining. Only going to be in the mid 40's.
Yesterday, there were severe storm warnings out. I had went to the doctors for a flu shot, and it really looked threatening when I got home. Normally, my daughter does the feeding when she gets home, but I thought I better put the horses in before it hit. We had high winds and rain, no damage, but you never know.
Man, is this thing laggy
It was great:), I hurt myself.
The play was great, but I told you wrong the other day, or I think I did. There were a lot of locals acting in it. Only 2 professionals, the guy who played the beast and the guy who played Gaston (Gaston was very very good altho a trifle old looking:). The girl who played Belle was a junior in a local high school here, so I guess it wasn't a touring professional group. The props, and costumes looked very professional.

It's colder here this morning too. I had the AC on night before last and the heat this morning....and it's suppose to warm back up again tomorrow...
Becky
Good morning.... glad you had fun, what do you mean you hurt yourself?
Good morning! Says 46 here, but it feels colder :~D
BTW... we got through another 4 hours of 24 last night. I think I like this story line better than the first one even... But we'll see how it plays out :~D
I'm back.
I ate too much:)
Becky
Ah :~D - was that before the show, or after the show?
Unfortunately it was before the show:(. It was not comfortable sitting there so full:).

My shoer just called - he'll be coming in a little bit.
No, I'm not grunting right now. I'll probably need to by about 3:00 this afternoon. ;~D
