Please take care of your daughters during this time. They are quite vulnerable and need to know you are still in their lives.
My babies are my buddies. They will likely spend the majority of their time with me. I am the one who does most of the extra-cirricular stuff with them like coach their softball, teach them to play lacrosse, officiate for their swim team and take them to stock car racing. STBX (soon to be ex) likes to go "out with friends" more than spend time with the kids.
