Here's the skinny, at least from my perspective. The mayor let the busses get flooded. Why? How about this? If the busses suffer water damage, then the Feds will give him a new fleet of shiny new busses. Nice, huh? WE SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE BUS UNTIL HALF HIS INCOME IS GARNISHED-- FOR LIFE!

I don't understand why MS and AL are all taken care of, things are getting done, people are coming back, the Govs of these states are getting things open; they are working with the Mayors, and all the cities, and yet here is N.O.
N.O. everyone is crying, 'its the mayor's fault' 'its the gov's fault' which I must say it is most of it, but compare the situations and you have to wonder, if TWO states can take care of this, what happened to N.O.????
I tend to agree with Rush, "This place should be a Utipoica" Noone should be going hungry, noone should be homeless, and yet the poor are the majority there, or were, I should say, its got to be the leadership of LA.
