Shep has been there all week and seen first hand what is happening, how about you? So can you not understand his emotion from the comfort of your living room? Criticism of all you do not understand, cannot imagine, and never experienced is easy is it noyt? So attack me now for defending his emotion.

No attack here. I can't imagine what it's like to have to be in the middle of all that for days on end. It's hard to even watch it on tv. Cut these reporters some slack.
I agree with you. I've gained more respect for him as the week's gone on. And those people on the bridge "on the exact spot" he's been standing on numbered almost 5,000 at one point.
He's trying to help get them rescued. He's given children his water, women his food and he's been standing right there with them as they die.
We've all just been sitting in our air conditioned homes, watching.
