Shepard Smith just said that he hasn't seen a single red cross truck since day one. They weren't allowed to enter the city per the instructions of city officials. So they set up outside as close as they could get. Same thing with Salvation Army. They have 200 people stranded in one of their centers and tried to send in a bus to rescue them; they were turned back by the city. The city has been its own worst enemy.

Naglin has done some things that are downright criminal in this situation.
