Too many people think the world is a movie...especially those in the media who are all about "video". The Feds do not snap their fingers and all of a sudden 50,000 helicopters show up. Where do they get pilots? where do they get fuel? where do they take people? are people willing to leave?
People there obviously need help, but if the "MAYOR" of NO would have prepared and his city council would have prepared a little better, this would not be such a big deal.I saw the picture of schools buses all parked in a lot under water. Why didn't you have these buses combing the neighborhood picking up people to transport? I bet the mayor got out in plenty of time.

Sometimes the problem is not with the government, this is true, citizens are just too "hardheaded" sometimes.
