some rapper punk or whoever was just on trying to get people to donate money to the red cross. He was on with Mike Myers (Wayne's World). Mike Myers asked people to donate...then Kanye West went on a tirade about Iraq, Mike Myers said something else, and then Kanye says "GEORGE BUSH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE!"

It's only going to get worse and more vitriolic from here on in. And it's not even an election year. I agree. Take the gloves off, and no more Mr. Nice Repub. Like the terrorists, the only thing being nice to leftists gets you is DEAD (at the polls). We can't afford to EVER let them win again.
Can't agree more. If a person is going to talk politics they should be willing to pay the price and accept the fact that they will lose some of their fan base and support.

I disagree. I think most blacks in America are good hard working people. If they don't make their voices known then the MSM is going to keep painting them all as welfare lazy butts. And as much as I hate to say it, "tell a lie often enough and folks start to believe it".

I saw that also. Mike Myers who was on with him looked like he was going to have a heart attack, and the cameras switched to another star who was non political. He also said the gov't gave the military permission to go in and shoot blacks.

I just called. The operator was unaware of the comment being made which is understandable. She was horrified. I told her
I would not be making a contribution untill an apology is made.
It took me two days to get through. Keep trying, it's worth the wait.

These are great folks who are on the front-line helping out....100% goes to the relief effort, not overhead and administrative stuff.
Donate through another source. Just not them. But contact them and voice your displeasure. Hopefully we get a list of NBC sponsors that can be contacted as well. Nothing short of a full retraction, apology, will be accepted. Get ready to not watch their programming because I think the retraction will not be forthcoming.
