Just bought $20 worth at $2.80/gal here in central PA. No long lines (maybe two other cars at the station when I was there) and no panic buying that I can see.
I haven't noticed any lines at all either. Actually, when I saw the hurricane hit on Sunday, I took both the vehicles and topped them off, knowing prices would be jumping. Suprisingly, I was the ONLY person putting gas in both times. That was $.46/gallon ago.
