Just curious what everybody else is having to pay for gas now. Prices just shot up to $3.00/gallon for the low grade. Yikes!

Last night was 2.99 at one place and across town at the Walmart (Murphy) station it was still 2.66/9 so we filled up there (as usual but we hurried before news got across to the Murphy station!)

Paid $2.77 for unleaded regular this a.m. in Los Angeles. 1/2 hour later drove by same station and price was up to $2.90.

2.79 by my house this morning in Cypress, TX. At lunch I saw it for only 2.69 by my work in Houston. Think I will top off on my way home, course it will probably be 2.89 in two hours when I leave to go home. Sheeeesh!!!
