I'm fairly certain that some of my ancestors were "berserkers". It just explains some things, is all. :-)
They were Vikings, fer sure... but whether they were ordinary viking pillagers, or full-on berserkers... is merely a question of scale.
I'm Scots-Norwegian. Wonder how much that's one and the same wayyy back.
