Yes, I'm a hurricane newbie, but snow storm power outages are just as widespread! :~D and colder :~D And we'd venture into town by about the third day to eat a hot meal and find outlets to charge things.

trini didn't lose power, so there are parts of the city that are up and running.

Wonder if trini somehow lost power after Ruthy's last call...maybe once the storm headed inland, it took out other power sources?

I dunno. But I hope she checks in soon.

I'm also wondering how 2J's visit went yesterday...

But, it's not ~just~ a power outage.

It may be she's all fine and back home and just simply hasn't had time to call. My guess is though that she's just got her hands full with other stuff and isn't able to call.

I'm inclined to think the latter since it's not in her nature to not call.

There are all kinds of reasons why it just wouldn't be practical now.
