I know...I can't eat too much of it either and I can't keep it around or Steve will just gorge on it. So I only make it occasionally.

Funny think about this rice pudding is that it turned out to be nothing more than vanilla sweetened scrambled eggs with rice in it...Matthew, who won't touch a scrambled egg for nothin', just scarfed it down! LOL!
