I love my shade, but windstorms are a bad deal in a cardboard house in the woods.

We've never had a hurricane hit that still had any strength by the time it reached Austin while I've lived here, so this will be a first for me.

As for winds, we've had some pretty strong winds (gusts above 60 mph) during heavy thunderstorms before and come through them ok... so I think we'll be all right (knock on wood).
