Well, it wasn't a great outcome. We still have the kids, but the orders basically take us back where we've already been....again and again.. The kids will probably end up going back. A good affidavit can make or break a case, at least for us. It doesn't help that the judge doesn't like to admit, even to himself, that he might have made a mistake before. This is one of those case where his rulings just make you go, "huh?" Lots of "I told you so" material, but the dingbat dropped the ball. In her defense, I'm not sure it would have made any difference in this case.

I JUST got home from the office. Talk about a long day! And they're getting longer all the time.
