Well, just to make you drool, I live across the river from Plymouth, PA, home of the Kielbasa Festival, slated for August 25, 26 and 27. You KNOW I will be there, tasting and belching and tasting again (there is NOTHING like a good kielbasa belch).
One taste of true kielbasa and you'll never buy hilshire farms again. Except for those cheddar wurst things. One of those on a Martin's potato roll and my life is complete.
Especially if you mix in some beer and onions.
