I do apologize for being scarce of late-the bunco group only plays one Monday evening a month, and it is not my turn to hostess again until November.
I'm not meaning to shun class, really-I'm doing a texture and paint job for a customer I've had since I last worked for a builder. She is not a favorite customer because she makes changes at the last minute, tries to get my helpers to do work that is not in the contract (once she even tried to get them to drop everything and rearrange a room of furniture for her) and she is a liberal, worse yet. She does pay promptly, though, so I'm leaving early and staying late to get done with her work so I won't have to see her for another 6 months or so when she decides to re-do another room in her house. If I really bust ass today, I should be done with her job tomorrow and be able to get paid.
