Based on Edith Clement's skewed (liberal) logic for declaring abortion to be the settled law, raises serious doubts in my mind as to the depth or strength of her "strict constructionist" leanings. What "name calling"? Saying that the original poster is acting like an idiot is 100% correct in that all we have are unfounded (and factually incorrect) opinions being used to launch a pessimistic rant. Clement's so-called "skewed (liberal) logic for declaring abortion to be the settled law" is pretty much the exact same answer that Thomas and Scalia gave to the same question during their confirmations. Her answer was 100% correct, from the view of a federal appellate judge -- they have no authority to overrule the Supreme Court.
