Good grief. If she won't voluntarily commit herself I suggest a call to the police and let a judge commit her for observation.

The neighbors agreed with us that one of us will call the sheriff the next time she goes postal, but she has to be caught in the act, so to speak by a deputy or attempt suicide for a judge to commit her for 30 days-since she only seems to go off on weekends, and a lot can happen between them (none of it good, I'm sure), I'm hoping there is a quicker way to put everyone on this road out of her misery...
