I'll add to the confusion...the 11th was the day he supposedly had the CT scan at JH. According to MissWaverly the cost for that was $1600. Still doesn't address why JH with computers everywhere would use a RECEIPT BOOK? They'd just have to turn around and enter the information into the computer anyway. I'm sure a modern facility like JH would be networked so even if radiology accepted their own payments financial would know about it. I'm betting if they have departments that do their own payments/billing...they all have printers. IMO that "receipt" is one of the most blatantly bogus peices of "evidence" they've come up with...today those are only used by people who don't have access to a computer...I hardly think that's the case at JH unless radiology is in the basement next to the boiler with only one outlet that's already being used to plug in their CT equipment.

But none of the checks and receipts add up at all. And if JH University School of Medicine can receive the check for $7k and issue a receipt for it on 5/7 how could it have been lost in the mail room after that on or around the 10th. There is a receipt on 5/11 for $20k but that amount doesn't match any of the checks or any combination of the checks. Did he push the 'cash back' option?
In retrospect Frank, is right. Nothing dirtyben has said or posted is credible so we can just ignore him until he is apprehended in Nebraska with weapons.
But why don't the DUers who continue to defend him not see this obvious crap?
You are correct about JH using a receipt book. It just wouldn't happen. Even my little doctor's office gives me a computer printout for my co-pay amount. Heck, even my cats' VET gives me a computer printout of payment, the very day I pay it! Imagine that!
I agree about the receipt book issue. It also makes one wonder why the Andyites haven't produced invoice documents for Johns Hopkins like the ones they produced for Swedish Medical Center a few months ago.
