I know. Before we moved up here, no water, no tractor, just me and the land, I decided to burn some grass to make it grow better. Gotta tell you, I met the nicest folks...who were with the volunteer fire department.

When I was a kid we used to plant trees up in our tree farm in northern Wisconsin. My uncle, a forester, and my father always made sure we had a tree lane to seperate the rows of trees just in case of a fire.
