McCain will be exposed in his decision, as he will surely side with the Dems.
Bush, during his run in 2004, continued to state he would appoint a strict constructionist. He will stick by that decision.

Question. WILL John McCain, Dewhinn-er, Graham hold the president and the republicans hostage over the Supreme Court appointee? Appointees? This McCain, he is running for president now, won't wait till it comes up, running now. Course his water boy, Chuck Hagel will fall in step with him of course.
