Look at the old gossip stuff from the late fourties and early fifties when big stars were a lot more macho and a lot less worried about their chin implants imploding.
Nightclub dustups were a pretty run of the mill occurance.

I suspect the DNC is following the Hollywood lead. It seems when Hollywood gets louder and ludicrous, Dean, Kennedy, Schumer, Pelosi et al do the same thing a week or so later. If I'm right, watch for one of the above to get physically violent by end of summer.
