Well you might have to go subversive start cooking for yourself. Get a nice gourmet magazine like Bon Appetite and put on airs that you'd like to eat something special and fancy. Old fashioned whole foods from around the world are often staple 'gourmet' dishes. I use the 'aspiring gourmet cook' ruse to keep the colleagues from thinking I'm a paranoid food freak.
I pretty much fend for myself other than at dinner time.
