I liked it!

They don't make detective movies like that anymore. I guess it wouldn't be believable to do them in the same *style*...but there are still investigations, aren't there? It just seems to be a lost genre.

"L.A. Confidential" was a pretty good mystery/detective movie. Also, it's the movie that introduced Russell Crowe to U.S. audiences.
