What a charming individual.
Instant karma's a b*tch, buddy.
We did find some kind of hunting lodge for rich weirdos... ;~D
You probably have enough storage space in the horse trailer. Think about getting a hydraulic jack with enough lift for either the truck or trailer.
Bear, we're in the chat place. Sort of chatting along with the movie, sort of being silly.
I have the most beautiful 2 ton floor jack, I used to carry it around with me all the time in the back of the truck, but not in the recent past.
We also decided it would be good to have a few blocks of wood in the back of the truck.
Excellent tune, IMHO.
Could be worse. Could be raining! ;~D
Heh, well on that note, it's time to shower up and hit the couch.
Good night ecurbh & Hair!
I hope you get Yahoo working by next week.
Either that or can we use the freeper hobbit hole chat?
I got booted out by General Chat again.
I'm too tired to think about re-booting to get back in there, so I'll see you all later.
I laughed so much in there! You all are the best!
Good night!
Hair & Ecurbh - mishap? alternative title 'An adventure in the woods - All's well that ends well.'
The woods remind me of Oregon, talll timber. A truly magnificent sight.
I'll second Winmag's jack comment and raise you all one. A Handy-man Bumber Jack or Fence Post jack depending on its use at that moment is an excellent tool, when used correctly. Those jacks have a lot of lifting power and height. The base is fairly small so placing or bolting it to a larger steel plate (say a rr tie plate that one happens to find) adds greatly to the stability of the jack.
bumber ? er. bumper.. sheesh.
Good Nite All
Heh - you didn't like the rocks? ;~D Dad has a comealong jack (I think that's his word for the same thing you speak of) that I think lives behind the seat of the blue pickup.
The gentleman who helped us today reminded both of us of you. :~D
General Chat kicked me out again so I think I'll go to bed now.
It just kicked me out too. Thanks for the fun evening, everyone, g'night! :)
It is sooooo pretty there!
Sorry about the mishap...glad it worked out OK in the long run, though...ugh. I hate flat tires! Too funny that the guy ended up with one of his own...
