Did you tell me your daughter is interested in barrel racing?

For the sake of discussion here:), not to at all appear like I'm giving the gospel on barrel racing or that I know it all, I thought I might take some pictures of me or my daughter doing the pattern and explaining what we were taught about what should be happening at each step. There were alot of things about it I didn't know.

Sure, post pictures and tell us what you learned. You were taught by one of the best, and I know I would like to hear about it. It will help you remember what you learned also. Sometimes it's hard to absorb all that is taught, but will come back when you speak of it.

Yes, my daughter has been running barrels lately. A friend has a couple of nice Quarter horses, that are well trained for barrels and poles. She has been riding them at shows and does pretty well. We would appreciate any knowledge you have to share. I showed her all your pictures and she read what you wrote.

Now, how often will you do the massaging?

This is something I'd like to read - my DIL is thinking about trying a couple of our horses on barrels - she needs to learn how to do them :)
