I hope he does OK. He was hesitant about loading when I first got him. He does OK now. Still hesitates a tiny bit, but doesn't get freaky.

We have the same temperature as you today. Basicly hot! Our humidity is 59% Whew!I am not getting much done outside other than getting in the pool! : D
BTW We have looked at some nice properties and acerage in WV near you!
LOL Sally, our Australian shepherd does herd the chickens, as well as the cats and kittens! Our English setter is ok with the chickens too, he herds just like Sally! : )
A friend of mine told me that would work, too! I don't know, this dog will eat squirrels that have been road kill for a week so it might not work on her.
"Not stupid.... Labrador! she's a bird dog. Now, if you saw her ~herding~ a chicken, I'd say she was confused, as it is, I'm afraid she's got it right"
Oh. Well, if you're gonna use logic on me.
Actually, I didn't think of that. duhhhhh
Just be kind to her, is all.... She was bred to get that chicken ;~D
Ok. I'll tell her I take back that kick to the jaw last night.
Indeed. You're fightin' nature... ;~D
I have had more fun today on FR but I'm gonna have to run pretty soon, my kids have afternoon and evening activities today. I really hate to leave today, I'm makin' all kinds of people mad on other threads.
Me too. I've moved on to "angry men against women". ;~D
I would love to see what you two are up too, but I have been outside with the kids and horses.
Smokey had a surface sore on both his calfs and some flies were bothering them, so I put on my brave hat, cleaned the sore and put some ointment on it to keep it nice, but the flies away! I have just come in to wash my hands and realised that i have just done something that I never thought I could do! Smokey is by far our largest horse! Deaconjim isnt here so I just gave him some feed, talked to him, stroked him and then cleaned and applied the special stuff. Wow! I think I need to sit down now! : D
Well actually she looks like she did everything but put her butt up in the air:')
Horses aren't so scary! My only complaint with what you did is that you didn't take pictures of the wound before and after, so that we could discuss the wounds, the treatments available, the benefits of our favorite magic balm. You neglected to involve us, which leaves us nothing to do but find trouble in the forum! ;~D
I go to weight watchers tonight and haven't eaten today and getting cranky so I figured I best stay over here:')

LOL! Forgot to take pics, sorry. It is SO hot I have come back inside. What is the name of your fav. balm. I guess I could go outside and check the lable : ) All i remember was it is in a small white and blue tub.
We are in the low 50's here, same yesterday, with wind :(
I can't recommend a balm without pictures of the sore.
You blew this opportunity! :~D
It's a little chilly up here too.
I could post you some of our heat if you want! : ) I shouldn't complain though, we have had 4 evenings of wonderful rain, which has made the grass grow lush and green! : )
