Well, we're all hoping for a healthy mom and healthy new baby next year.
My thoughts too. : )
Oh, good, I'm glad she sweated. Sweat is good:)
Rusty has been sweating good too. Not as much as the others, but better. But I was thinking the other day, I'm so glad I did not take him to TX. I thin he would have crashed majorly there. No way he would have survived that.
I've been concerned about my saddle fitting Harley. He has never had a problem, but I've noticed he might have some dry spots around his whithers too. I never paid much attention, but I've noticed my saddle rolls alot more on him then the other horses, so I've been watching more closely lately. I didn't notice at TX dry spots but it was so hot, I don't know how he could have had dry spots. But the last few days, with only riding him an hour, he's not sweating evenly, so I think it might be my saddle. i'm going to have my son check him one day. He's better at that sort of thing.

It must have been very hard for you, I'd have cried buckets and would be in a state now, hoping everything goes like it should. I'm sorry that I posted all those pics of our little ones today. Wish I had done it 2 days ago, or 2 days ahead. Sorry. I will pray for Belle that all goes well. : )
Thanks:)
Becky
Well, there's some days where Bay didn't work hard enough to sweat real evenly even under the saddle, but today he was thoroughly wet under there and this one spot about two inches around was bone dry.
Hey, I like your pictures. Keep posting them. Just gives me something to look forward too:)
The vet really gave the impressin she didn't expect any more problems.
Becky
: D well that is good news.
That's what I'm wondering about Harley. the last few times I've ridden him hasnt' really been that hard. That could account for the spots that didn't seem so wet. I've also wondered how much differenece it makes when you have a wore out pad:). That is first on my want list after I get Belle's tests all out of the way. A new pad.
Now that I think about it, I didn't notice anything in TX...my son loaned me his pad. Charlie really made sure I didn't shame the family name with all my wore out stuff:).

Hair, do you think you could change out some pics in the whoswho for me? I prefer the new pic of Thunder, Adge and also lightning. Do I need to post them again?
Well hey, enough of that. I've had a few beers tonight, feel pretty good:) I'm riding in the morning with Jenny and Blake, then on Thurs, I'm riding with Celia and Sally...life is good, what more could yous ask for:)
Becky
Pics at 2,265 for Lightning and Adge... here's the best one of Thunder:
Sounds like fun to me! Hope you have fun!
I'm just going to check on my Bassett girls, make sure they are ok, I thought I heard a whimper when I went to get a coke a min ago.........
I agree, I love that pic of him . Thanks Hair and Ecurbh! : D
The dogs are ok, no puppies yet though it really can't be long! How fat can a basset get? They have somehow knocked their feed bin over, so all the food is on the floor. Add it to the 'to do' list for 6am! : D
Pup's name is George... after the cartoon with the abominable snowman who got a pet.(I will love him and pet him and when he does bad things, I'll rub his fur the wrong way....kkkkkkiittttt)
Sorry, but have to run off again. Bath/dishes time.
Well I am going to go soak my bruises and read a book!
Have a good evening!
Sharn : )
Beautiful trails. I don't blame Cyn a bit - might be quicksand you know :)
They are all looking good, thanks for the pictures :)
