i have a theory that the gvt wants things to get out of control so they can declare martial law. maybe do a little pre-run in Cali.. i see no other explaination except being stupid.. and i don't buy that one.

take over with martial law, as I was sure that clinton would put it into effect at any time and followed his steps to do so.
Clinton had used FEMA to do his dirty work and it was all set for martial law, I laughed when Bush took the FEMA plan and made it into "Homeland Security Dept".
