We the part in Episode six with Leah. On the way home from the mopvie we had theorized that perhaps Leah, in remembering her mother, was talking about the Snbator's wife and that maybe he she had died when Leah was young.

But Luke specifically asks about Leah's "real" mother. He makes that very clear and she indicates that she does remember her, but only briefly, that she was very beautiful and sad. I said..."no way", not as a two minute old baby. My wife said that maybe since Leah was so strong in the force (latently) then maybe she would remember in the story.

Interesting food for thought.

As to them not asking about the baby...if you noticed, when she was buried, they made her still look pregnant.

As to Vader's reaction...notice how the Sith Lord smiled as Vader's rage took hold. I believe that he was reveling in it and knew Vader would not take it out on him, but that he, Sidious would later use it.

One of the things I reallly enjoyed about the movie was that Master Windu actually defeated Sidious before Anakin intervened.

When I was pregnant I was laid up on bed rest for about 7 weeks. My sweet husband went to go get me something to read, and not knowing what I would like, picked out some Star Wars novels. I thought it was a strange choice at the time, but went ahead and read them. To my surprise, and delight, they were very enjoyable. One of the aspects about the force the book highlighted was that each person had an unique strength with it. One might be wisdom, healing, so forth. Perhaps Leah, as an infant in the womb, was able to sense her mother's presense and feelings, if that sort of thing were her strength. Just a thought.

Did you really think anyone in the universe could beat Samuel L. Jackson by themselves? I mean seriously he is the only Jedi with BMF on his light saber.
