Right here in the middle of my neighborhood there is an old Lutheran cemetery. It is only a block long and wide. It is always mowed and has an unlocked chain link fence around it. The earliest dates are from the early 1900's and the last were WWII vets. Some of the tombstones are very elaborate and some are just stones laid in the ground. Some of them are crumbling and falling down from aging. Sad. I have spent many a lazy afternoon strolling and reading the mostly elaborate and elegant epitaths.

Cemetaries are good, The dearly departed are still among us.
