I went to my seven year old granddaughter's softball game tonight. I tell you, Resty, happiness and contentment just flows through me to sit on a hot summer night and watch little girls play ball. It makes me think that we are rearing our children right in this small town.

My Jenna is in her second season of softball and quite the player, I must brag. But, she is a little temperamental with us before the games. She tells us not to yell for her except when she is batting or running bases. When she was catcher tonight, her mother shouted at her to hustle after the ball. Jenna turned and gave her the "look". I laughed so hard.
