Hi everyone...It has been Hell Week! Ozzie got home today and I am not sure we are on solid footing yet..new meds. questions about others..this heart surgery is something else. Seems all his problems are pointing back to the diabetic condition. The heart surgeon said 95% of heart bypass surgeries are diabetics.

A friend of ours in WA ( your neck of the woods, Westy) has a doc who wrote a book called "No White AT Night" and I think the last name is Gavin who wrote the book. Anyway, he is diabetic and started to follow this program and has lost about 30 lbs and is off 2 of his diabetic meds.

How am I holding up..at the end of my rope. Just not time for fun these days. Will check in on you kids in this playroom when I can.
