To: Lakeshark

Still raining here. I'll tell you, if this had been snow we would have been buried. It just don't want to stop. Spent the night listening to the Maple branches breaking and hitting the roof of our bedroom. The pool was drained part way for the winter of course, but it's overflowing now. Won't need to fill it this year. ;)

It's been one sick month of May here. Thirty degrees colder than normal too.

We may see one day of sun next week sometime, and then more rain.

Al got his new John Deere today, and I haven't seen it yet, as it went from the truck to the barn, it was raining so hard.

I remember surfing in Rhode Island before Memorial day. The water was ok, and it was 85 degrees.

May is usually beautiful here, but it's been like your weather, cold and rainy.

*Grumbling*

Hoping it means the summer will be hot!
