Yes, are also aren't the pointies further apart in the next to the last photo? Perhaps it has snap-on interchangeable blades!

So, what is it and what is it for? Is this in the U.S.?

One of the machines has "Krupp" in the sign - this must be from Europe, Germany maybe. What do they use something this big for? It looks like it's about the size of that tractor they use to move the shuttle from the VAB to the launch pad.
