If any of y'all are running Firefox/Mozilla/Adblock, you can block that image from appearing by filtering out its source. Won't stop him from posting to you, but at least it won't show up when he does.

He can be busted for internet stalking and harrassment, and actually go to jail.
But for it to stick, the mods have to grab his IP addy, get his home address and number, internet service provider, and document his nuisanceness.
Easy to do, but it takes patience that I myself do not have.
