I am really sick of these out-for-a-quick-buck at other customer's expenses scam artists. We need to fight back and help Wendy's restore their good name in the marketplace.

It also doesn't help when Letterman/leno crack wise about this finger incident either. It acts as a reminder and I think this was a plant anyway.

The culprit (the woman who filed the "complaint") has sued corporations before, and even sued a fast food place (El Pollo Loco) claiming her daughter had gotten sick from their food. She collected nothing. Wendy's in northern California has had to lay off employees because business is off.
