Strangely enough Judge Greer doesn't always see the guardian's right to choose as the Supreme Law of the Land. At least not in cases where the spouse has created the legal instruments to give the other spouse that authority.

I guess Greer just sides with whoever is on the side of death? I'm starting to wonder if there's not something to those Scientology conspiracy stories.
