Yeah, it's bad. But I think the alternative is worse. Besides, it's better off to homeschool. If I ever have young'uns that's what I'd do. I wish Dubya would run the NEA scum right out of town and abolish the Dept. of Ed. But at least he's trying to make sure that kids come out smart and unindoctrinated in the wiles of Marxism.

Just remember the NEA doesn't speak for every teacher. Many consider the NEA as something a whole lot less than desirable. And there are many teachers who care about the education of their students. School boards need more conservative members which in turn will influence administrators in the districts.

I'm afraid that NCLB put us deeper in the mire. Thicker bureaucracy means more places to hide corruption.
