It sure is going to be nice here today, maybe we can get the posts cemented. The holes were filled with water yesterday with all the rain we had, wow, a gully washer.
We got good news yesterday, the acre's around out little neighborhood has increased 3 thousand dollars a acre since we bought ours. I wanted to pick up a few acre's for investment but don't know if I will now or not.

Have you heard anything from bev lately? I don't think I have seen anything from her since she took her trip in the RV
To: gulfcoast6; bevlar

I didn't sleep well, awake every hour. I suppose I should call the Dr. today and make an appointment for a physical, that is the only way he will prescribe one more months supply of sleeping pills, I have only been taking them every other night, and every other night I have been getting a few hours sleep.......

I wish you could have seen my little Allie yesterday after the rains. I looked out and every kid in the neighborhood were in the back yard, some swinging but most playing in a big ole MUD puddle, they were covered from head to toe with mud.

Yes, Bev has only posted once since she got home, maybe she would rather I be the thread killer for a while.
Some friends of mine got home from Florida, I went down for coffee, and they had a widower already picked out for me, I told them I went to High School with him, and didn't like him at all, they said, he has changed. Don't know why all my friends want to be matchmakers.........

The same happened here. We bought 12 acres and then 5 acres to the left of us went on the market a few years later. Oh how I wish we had bought it. Not that I'm anti neighbor, but a contractor bought the property and he built the cheapest houses he could. Four out of the five were built on slabs. Unfortunately for the owners , they were not aware that in the spring the area where their houses were built gets flooded because of underground springs. The contractor was a shyster.

Even at my age I've been tempted to do the same when it rains.

Mine does the same thing, all in the name of another office visit he can charge you for. Use to get three months supply at one visit, not any more. Problem is with me is that my heart doctor does not want to prescribe me any type of sleeping pills because of my heart problems. I just tough it out UNTIL my sil watches the local stations on TV and does not put it back to Dish. I still can't get the darn thing switched over so, I have to go to my room and watch, up the stairs, keeping quit so I won't wake them up and maybe, just maybe I will drop a book or something so they will get up and switch the TV to Dish.

Send him this way. *hint- hint- wink- wink*
