Written with the non-Christian in mind, this book leads the reader inexorably to one conclusion: there is an “intergalactic” battle over the history of life in the universe.

As a non-christian, this looks to me like an attempt to make a sci-fi type parallel with the spiritual battle that Christianity believes is the current state of the universe/creation.
